    About Our Information Sessions

    Your in-person, campus visit to Ball State starts at the Welcome Center in Lucina Hall. Options for your campus experience include:

    • Admissions Information Session, presented by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions (approx. 30 minutes)
    • Student-guided, walking tour of campus (approx. 90 minutes)
    • Academic appointment with your academic department of interest (varies by appointment)

    Looking to schedule an academic appointment?

    Academic appointments are available to high school juniors, high school seniors, and prospective transfer students. Check which day your academic area is available below. To schedule your academic appointment, select a date using the red button above. Then, select the Ball State University Campus Visit link to begin filling out your registration. Academic appointments must be scheduled at least 10 days before your campus visit.
