Transfer Visit Opportunities

    The Transfer Center looks forward to providing you information about Ball State University and the transfer process. You may have unique/individual questions you are hoping to get answered. We are here to assist you. Select any of the options below to connect with the Transfer Center Staff and/or other Ball State resources to learn more about why Ball State is the right place for you to continue your education.     Virtual Transfer Information Sessions 

    Ball State University offers an information session two times a week.  During this Session, our Transfer Center Staff will share information about our transfer process. This overview will give you a perspective on our admission criteria, the process of transferring, and the opportunities students have at Ball State.  We are excited to share information about Ball State with you, but we really look forward to engaging with the questions you have and interacting virtually through Zoom.


    Virtual Transfer Individual Appointments
    Schedule a virtual individual appointment with a staff member from the Transfer Center. They can meet with you via phone or video chat and answer your questions about Ball State, help you explore your options here, and assist you in understanding how your credits will transfer.

    Virtual Academic Sessions
    Schedule a virtual session to meet with faculty or a representative from your major area of interest! This is your opportunity to engage virtually to learn more, get your questions answered, and learn what it would be like to be a student in that program at Ball State.

    Financial Aid Appointments
    Schedule a one-on-one, 25-minute meeting with a staff member from the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships. Our team is ready to answer any questions you have about Ball State specific to financial aid. Appointments are available each Monday through Thursday at 3 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 4 p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 6 p.m. EDT.

    Transfer Visit Days
    Canceled for Fall 2020 - Held once a semester, transfer students and their guests get the opportunity to meet current students, learn about academic and student resources, and take a campus tour. It may also be possible to meet with an academic advisor to discuss credit transferability and your academic program.
